What does shipping cost?

We have FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $50 and $10 on all New Zealand orders over $50. Australian orders under $50 are $10 flat rate. For all other shipping costs, it will be calculated at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping will be calculated at checkout but we have tried our best to keep international rates down as low as possible.

 

How long does delivery take?

We ship all orders 1-2 business days after order is placed. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been lodged. For Melbourne deliveries, this is generally 1-3 days after lodgement and the rest of Australia 3-5 days after lodgement. International orders can take longer, so please refer to tracking number.

Please note, during COVID-19 we have experienced delivery delays across the board. 

 

Where are your clothes made?

We work with a range of local Australian suppliers to bring you quality ethical product. Our apparel is made in Bangladesh using factories that are Child Labour Free certified. The factories must agree to external audits, and they are expected to make improvements where standards are not met to ensure ongoing compliance.

All their production facilities are WRAP certified, ensuring sweatshop-free product and ethical work conditions. 

They are also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring that products are free from dangerous substances—chemicals like pesticides, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and undesirable surfactants.

 

What about your other suppliers?

We want to support as many local and small businesses as we can and as such have our printers, embroidery team and screenprinters all based in Victoria, Australia.

 

Who do you give your 50% profit to?

We are proud to have Preemptive Love as our donations partner. You can read more about their efforts and why we support them here.

 

What are you doing to positively impact the environment?

We are determined to leave a positive impact with all the people we work worth and to leave a positive impact on our planet. This is why we have committed a plastic-free experience, ensuring we use compostable or recyclable packaging and collateral.

  

What if the size that I ordered doesn’t fit?

We are more than happy to exchange your item for a different size if the size isn’t right. Please email us at hello@ordinarypeoplelabel.com referencing your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds on faulty items. Please choose your product carefully as we don’t offer refunds on change of mind purchases, during sales or promotions. If you have a faulty item you would like refunded, please email us at hello@ordinarypeoplelabel.com and reference order number.
